This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us when providing our occupational therapy services to you and your Dependent (Services) or when otherwise interacting with you or your Dependent.
In this Privacy Policy the word Dependent means your child, or another minor who is in your custody.
